Our Story

Feel right at home at K&J Horse Boarding, a historic Southern Utah property once serving as the original Service Dairy to Beaver, Cedar City, and St. George. Hence we call it, "The Dairy." We offer a welcoming, family-centered environment where good horses and good folks meet.

Our facility features half-covered stalls, a 216'x140' arena, and a cyclone sand round pen. Jenna and our community provide a peaceful, well-maintained space where you'll love the ease of tending your horses and enjoying our historic grounds.

Our standard boarding includes a 10'×20' lockable, half-covered stall with fresh sand. We additionally offer twice-daily feeding, watering, and cleaning, plus access to our 216'×140' arena and Cyclone Sand round pen. View all options here.

All horses must be current on core vaccinations (influenza, tetanus, West Nile, and rabies) and have a valid negative Coggins test on file. We also require a completed boarding agreement prior to move-in.

Yes! We have designated trailer parking on the property. Additional equipment storage may be available depending on current capacity — please add Trailer Parking as an add-on when you book your boarding with us.
